Bo luc lac – Shaken beef fillet cubes in garlic butter, pepper sauce

Cari chay – Eggplant, tofu, pumpkin yellow curry

Canh chua – Sweet and sour fish, prawn broth with okra , tomato, bean sprouts

Rau xao tau hu – Wok fried honey tofu and mix vegetables in garlic oyster sauce

Vit roti – Slow cooked duck, shitake, bokchoy in caramelized coconut juice

Ga kho gung – Caramelized chicken in ginger and fish sauce served with green beans

Thit kho tau – Slow cooked pork belly, egg in five spices and coconut juice with pickles
